Answer: If you know the document ID of the US patent or publication that has the mega information you are seeking, you may submit it on the PSIPS home page.
Question:When is a patent extension application submitted and where is it submitted?
Answer:
Application for patent extension must be filed within 60 days of FDA approval of the drug product even if the product cannot be commercially marketed at that time.
Question:Does the USPTO control the fees charged by patent attorneys and agents for their services?
Answer:
No. This is a matter between you and your patent attorney or agent in which the Office takes no part. To avoid misunderstanding you may wish to ask for estimate charges for: (a) the search (b) preparation of the patent application, and (c) USPTO prosecution.
